The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for transfer of investigation of case FIR No.46 dated 30.07.2022 registered under Sections 323, 325, 506 and 34 IPC at Police Station Bholath, District Kapurthala to any other investigating agency.

Learned State counsel on instructions submits that cancellation report in the present case has since been presented before the Court of competent jurisdiction.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to avail of alternate remedy available to him in accordance with law.
