*** This petition for regular bail has been filed by petitioner Shibu, an accused in F.I.R. No. 67 dated 14.09.2017 under Sections 323, 341, 307, 506, 148, 149 IPC registered with Police Station Naya Gaon, District S.A.S. Nagar. The brief facts of the case are that Sikandar was assaulted on 14.09.2017 at 12.30 A.M. (mid night) in the area of road near Dashmesh Nagar and Adarsh Nagar and Nagra property dealer Naya Gaon. Sikandar was attacked by 7-8 boys. However, injury which has been declared dangerous to life is attributed to the present petitioner Shibu said to have been caused by knife. Though some co-accused of the petitioner have been granted bail but that was for the reason that only simple injuries have been attributed to them. Accused has been challaned. His guilt shall be determined during the trial. However, at this stage, no case for grant of regular bail to the petitioner is made out. Therefore, the present petition stands dismissed.
