This is a petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking protection of life and liberty as petitioner and his family members apprehends danger at the hands of respondent no. 4. Needless to observe that it is the duty of the State to protect life and liberty of its citizen. No specific direction in this regard is necessary.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
