This petition for anticipatory bail is the first petition filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of 'the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023'. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.21 dated 04.02.2026, for the commission of offence punishable under Section(s) 115(2), 118(2), 126(2) and 3(5) of 'the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023', Police Station Sadar Raikot, District Ludhiana Rural, Punjab. 2.

Vide order dated 07.05.2026, the petitioner was admitted to interim anticipatory bail, subject to the condition of furnishing bonds to the satisfaction of arresting officer. It was also directed that the petitioner shall join the investigation.

Criminal Misc. No. M-19922 of 2026 Kumar', has submitted that in the present case the final report is being submitted by the Investigating Agency before the court, and that as per outcome of above-mentioned investigation the petitioner is innocent and therefore, the Investigating Agency is not going to prosecute him. 5.

In view of above-mentioned submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition. 6.

In view of above, the present petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
