H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner illegally and not to all him in the police station again and again without any rhyme and reason.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to The Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana - respondent No. 2, to look into the grievances of the petitioner as contained in representation Annexure P-1 and to take necessary action in the matter, if the circumstances so warrant, within two months from the date of receipt of copy of order in his office.
