(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a direction to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and not to harass them at the instance of respondent Nos.4 to 6.

The petitioners have got married against the wishes of their parents. They are stated to be major. In support of her proof of age petitioner No.1 has placed on record an extract of her Adhaar Card(Annexure P-1) wherein her date of birth is mentioned as 08.09.1993 and petitioner No.2 has also placed on record an extract of his Driving Licence(Annexure P-2) depicting his date of birth as 10.10.1987. Petitioner No.1 has also moved a representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur (Annexure P-5) for protection of her life and liberty and that of her husband.
