Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation but has not handed-over the mobile phone and debit card despite last chance given to him by coordinate Bench (A.B. Chaudhari, J) on the last date of hearing.

Under the circumstances, no ground to extend the concession of anticipatory bail is made out. Petition is hereby dismissed. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to move an application for regular bail after surrendering before the investigating agency.
