This petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Article 226 of the Constitution is for issuance of directions for quashing the final order dated 02.02.2024 passed by the Punjab State Human Rights Commission in complaint case no.2144/10/2023. 2.

Since a perusal of the order dated 02.02.2024 reveals that a reply has been filed by the concerned authorities of police that there was no substance found in the allegations.

The petitioner, however, is at liberty to avail of his alternative remedy under Section 175 of BNSS, if so advised. 4.

Petition stands dismissed.
