**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 24 dated 24.4.2018 registered at Police Station Women Police, Bhiwani, District Bhiwani under Sections 376, 450, 506 IPC (later on offence under Section 376 IPC was deleted and offence Section 376 (F) added in the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.).

Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is in custody since 27.4.2018 and the victim is 36 years old and she has not supported the prosecution story and has turned hostile.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
