Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No. 1 to 3 to conduct fair investigation of the cross case, recorded vide DDR No. 34 dated 17.2.2016, registered under Sections 323, 324, 452, 148 & 149 IPC in case FIR No. 25 dated 17.2.2016, registered under Sections 323, 324, 452, 148 & 149 IPC (Section 325 IPC was added lateron) at Police Station Nakodar, District Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 11.9.2017 (Annexure P4) to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar Rural, but the same remained unattended till now.
