None is present on behalf of the appellant. There is a detailed order passed by this Court on 16.07.2025 detailing that the appellant is not appearing since 08.12.2022 and in the interest of justice one last opportunity was granted to the appellant for appearance and for contesting the appeal but none is again present for the appellant. It seems that appellant is not interested in pursuing the instant appeal.

In view of the above and given the prevailing circumstances, there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellant to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today.

Since the main appeal stands decided, the miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
