***** SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.147 dated 24.10.2013, under Sections 420 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Chattiwind, District Amritsar.

Earlier petitioner had filed two petitions seeking anticipatory bail and the same were got dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that now cancellation report has been prepared by the Investigating Agency.

Since, the cancellation report has been prepared by the Investigating Agency, it is evident that the petitioner cannot have any apprehension of his arrest.

Dismissed.
