Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 61 dated 6.5.2011 under Section 307, 323, 324, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station City South Moga, District Moga.

Heard.

In the present case, although, petitioner had jumped bail but now he is in custody since 24.4.2014. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moga.
