ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.175 dated 17.11.2012 registered under Sections 382, 323, 148, 149 IPC (Sections 392 and 397 IPC added later) at Police Station City South Moga, District Moga.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 01.11.2017, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and he has been granted the concession of interim bail. It is further stated that the petitioner is not involved in any other case. Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Harjinder Singh, has not disputed the factual position and has submitted that as per the investigation, there is no other case pending against the petitioner.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 01.11.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
