RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) The petitioner has filed the present revision petition impugning the order dated 18.10.2021 vide which charges against the petitioner have been framed under Sections 498A, 406, 323, 313 IPC in case FIR No.98, dated 27.08.2020, under Sections 498-A, 313, 323, 406, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Women, Hissar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. May 30, 2022 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
