(Oral) By way of moving the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the petitioner seeks quashing of impugned order dated 21.9.2017 passed by JMIC, Ludhiana, in complaint titled as Subhash Chander vs. M/s Palvi Knit, under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, registered at Police Station Division No.4, District Ludhiana, vide which he has been declared as a proclaimed absconder.

I have perused such order and I do not find any illegality or infirmity therein. No occasion is there to exercise power under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and quash the order in question. The petition stands dismissed being without any merit. ( H.S.
