Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in DDR No. 26 dated 13.10.2013 under Section 307, 336, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short) and Section 25, 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 ('Act' for short) registered in FIR No. 240 dated 12.10.2013 under Section 307, 336, 427, 148, 149 IPC and Section 25, 27 of the Act, registered at Police Station Bas, District Amritsar Rural.
While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 03.12.2014:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it is a case of version and cross version. Petitioner was only attributed a lalkara.

Crl. Misc. No. M-41185 of 2014 -2- In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. He shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973."
Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Head Constable Major Singh, has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.
Accordingly, interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioner vide order dated 03.12.2014, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
