   HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to transfer the investigation in FIR No.0022 dated 11.05.2018 registered under Sections 419, 420 and 120B of IPC and Section 66 of Information Technology Act, 2000 at Police Station City Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur (Annexure P-2). Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh, Police Station City Ahamed Nagar, District Malerkotla submits that in pursuance to the case FIR, challan was presented in the Court and ultimately the persons accused therein stands acquitted, vide judgment dated 23.01.2020 passed by learned JMIC Malerkotla. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits the factum of passing of said judgment, whereby, the accused persons have been acquitted of the charge and submits that in view of passing of judgment dated 23.01.2020, the present petition is rendered infructuous. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
