Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, to consider and decide the representations (Annexures P-2 and P-3), already moved by the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
