(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in case FIR No.81 dated 25.02.2022, under Sections 148, 149, 186, 279, 323, 332, 336, 353, 506, 184, 185, 333 IPC and Sections 184 and 185 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 (Amendment 2015), registered at Police Station Kanina, District Mahendergarh.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Ram Avtar submits that in compliance of order dated 24.05.2022, petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 24.05.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
