Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 03.12.2014 passed by this Court, the petitioner did appear before learned trial court and was admitted to ad-interim bail. In support of his contention, he has placed on record the photocopy of the order dated 18.12.2014 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Fatehabad. The same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the State has not controverted the above submissions.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim directions issued by this Court 03.12.2014 passed by this Court are made absolute.

The petitioner shall continue to appear before learned trial court on each and every date of hearing unless ordered otherwise.
