(Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's candidature under BCA category instead of General/Unreserved category for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) Group-C in response to advertisement 4/2023. 2.

Learned State counsel contends that the petitioner participated in in the selection process as a General category candidate, as is apparent from his application form, Annexure P-4. Final result of selection was declared on 10.08.2024, wherein the petitioner remained unsuccessful. Thereafter, he has approached this Court by filing the instant petition seeking a direction to change his category to BC-A. After willingly participating in the selection process as a General category candidate and remaining unsuccessful, he cannot be permitted to turn around and seek change of category.

The issue already stands decided against the petitioner in Civil Writ Petition No.18628 of 2024 titled Nisha v. State of Haryana and others, PAYAL 2025.04.08 09:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petition, and it stands dismissed in limine.
