Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.39, dated 20.02.2013, under Sections 148, 149, 302, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Sampla, Rohtak, District Rohtak.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that co-accused Joginder @ Kala who was similarly situated has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 19.11.2015, Annexure P-4.

The said fact has not been controverted by the learned State counsel.
