(Oral) The learned counsel for the respondent-complainant submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the accused has been acquitted vide judgment dated 27.01.2020 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Kapurthala. A photocopy of the aforesaid judgment filed in the Court today, is taken on record.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
