***** HARI PAL VERMA, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.178 dated 13.04.2019 under Section 6 of the POCSO Act and Sections 506 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Butana, District Karnal.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the course of investigation, the petitioners have been found innocent. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Naresh Kumar, does not dispute the aforesaid fact.

In view of the aforesaid development, the present petition is dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
