(ORAL) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a revision petition before the Registrar, Cooperative Societies. He further prays that a direction be issued to the Registrar Cooperative Societies to decide the said revision petition as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the innocuous prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a revision petition before the competent authority within a period of two weeks and on his doing so, the revision petition shall be decided expeditiously and preferably within a period of one month thereafter.
