(Oral) The present petition is for cancellation of bail of respondent Nos. 2 to 6 granted by the Court below, vide order dated 02.11.2016. A perusal of order dated 02.11.2016 shows that the bail has been granted to the accused on the ground that civil litigation was pending between the parties and the present F.I.R has been registered due to that as earlier fatherin-law of the complainant moved an application against her in the year 2006 levelling allegations of putting kerosene oil on herself and pretended to burn herself alive only to settle her land dispute. Further statement of the prosecutrix was not recorded at that point of time.

Learned counsel contends that now the statement of the complainant/petitoiner has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C in which she had reiterated the version stated in the F.I.R Keeping in view the observation made in the impugned order that the present F.I.R has been registered as there was civil litigation pending between the parties, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving liberty to the
