On instructions from SI Mahavir Singh, learned State counsel assisted by learned counsel for respondent No. 2-complaint submits that the petitioners have not joined the investigation, therefore, the police is unable to proceed further. No person in the name of Lekhu Ram, is available anywhere on his given address or otherwise. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-compliance of previous order dated 28.11.2018 and for want of prosecution as well.
