Moga 457, 380 & 411 IPC The petitioner, arraigned as accused in the above captioned FIR, has come up before this Court under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of the FIR and all consequential proceedings based on the compromise with the complainant. 2.
During the pendency of the petition, the accused and the complainant have compromised the matter, and its copy is annexed with this petition as Annexure P-2. 3.
After that, the petitioner came up before this Court to quash the FIR, and in the quashing petition, impleading the complainant as respondent. 4.
As per the report of the concerned court, the complainant Umardeep Singh's statement was recorded consenting to the compromise on 20.07.2022. However, the theft had taken place of the articles of the Vodafone Company and no person on behalf of the company or the owner/ authorized manager of the premises suffered any statement to that effect. Respondent No.2 is security supervisor of B4S Company and only an informant in this case.

Since all the aggrieved persons did not agree for compromise and were neither impleaded as respondent in the present petition, as such this court cannot proceed further in this matter.

Given above, the petition is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to file a fresh petition and there would be no necessity re-examine the complainant and the accused persons(s), whose statements stand recorded. The copies of the statements alongwith report would suffice.
