(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for setting aside order dated 18.03.2015 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kurukshetra whereby revision petition filed by the petitioner-son against the order dated 31.07.2014 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kurukshetra, thereby enhancing the amount of maintenance from Rs.500/-p.m. to Rs.2,000/-p.m. in a petition under Section 127 Cr.P.C. filed by the respondent No.2-mother, has been allowed partly by reducing the amount of maintenance from Rs.2,000/- p.m. to Rs.1,500/-p.m. each to both the respondents/parents. The matter pertains to the year 2015. Perusal of the order sheets shows that notice in the present case was issued on 04.12.2015 and the matter was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner on 14.

03.2018 and 13.12.2018. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last 6 dates of hearing i.e. 17.11.2016, 22.08.2017, 08.11.2017, 27.11.2017, 28.09.2023 and 02.04.2024. Today DIVYANSHI 2024.11.

CRM-M-41124-2015 (O&M) - 2also, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or his counsel is not interested in pursuing the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
