(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 86 dated 19.10.2016 under Sections 406/498-A/307/323/506/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Women Police Station , District Fatehabad.

In compliance of order dated 09.12.2016, learned State counsel submits that the petitioner joined the investigation. Further parties were relegated to Mediation Centre of this Court and as per report dated 09.03.2017, parties have settled their dispute by way of amicable settlement. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 09.12.2016 passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. Parties are bound by the terms of the compromise deed.
