The present appeal pertains to the year 2001. A perusal of the record shows that no one has been putting in appearance on behalf of the appellant. As per report of the Registry, the sole appellant remained unserved as he retired from college and no information regarding him was found at the given residential address. A perusal of the record further shows that there are concurrent findings given by both the Courts below against the appellant. It seems that the appellant is no more interested in pursuing the matter. In these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution.
