/ $            is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the chargesheet dated 03.10.2019 (Annexure P-9) as well as the order dated 01.06.2020 (Annexure P-12) whereby the Enquiry Officer was appointed to enquire into the charges in terms of the charge-sheet dated 03.10.2019 (Annexure P-9) without supplying the incriminating material.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner has met with an accident and suffered a permanent disability, as such, he is not in a position to associate himself in an enquiry.
