   **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 16.07.2020 passed by the learned ACJM, Karnal in complaint No.140/2020 dated 15.07.2020 titled as Jaswant Singh vs Deepak Kathuria and Others.

At the outset, learned State counsel, on the instructions from HC Narinder Singh, submits that in the present case, a cancellation report has been prepared and filed before the Court concerned on 30.12.2020 and thus, the present petition has become infructuous. Since, the cancellation report has already been filed before the Court below, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Dismissed.
