(Oral) The precise grievance of petitioner is that on the complaint filed by the petitioner, Deputy Commissioner, Gurdaspur has recommended to initiate proceedings against respondent No. 4 and 5 but till date no action has been taken by the police and thus, they have not complied with the order of the Deputy Commissioner Gurdaspur. Instead of registering an F.I.R, S.H.O Gurdaspur made them free and insulted the petitioner and others badly in front of the accused persons. A representation dated 05.04.2016 has also been forwarded to S.S.P. Gurdaspur.
