By way of present writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has approached this Court inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No. 4 and 5, to enter the name of the petitioner in the register of the Haryana State Pharmacy Council and Pharmacy Council, and to issue the license to him.

Counsel representing respondents No.4 and 5 submits that petitioner's name has been registered as a Pharmacist. She has placed on record a xerox copy of the Registration Certificate, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has become infructuous.
