Respondents No.4 to 6 have stated that they had never threatened the petitioners and they will also not cause any physical harm to them and will also not interfere in their married life. 2.

In view of the aforesaid assurance of respondents No.4 to 6, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to proceed further with this petition, at this stage and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty that the petitioners reserve their right to file the fresh petition, if in future they will have any apprehension. 3.

This petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
