(ORAL) This is a petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for issuance of directions to the respondents to release the retiral benefits to the petitioner, who worked as a Trained Dai at Ayurvedic and Unani Hospital at Panjgrian Khurd, Tehsil Baghapurana, District Moga and retired on 16.5.2001. Learned State counsel submits that the retiral benefits have already been released to the petitioner except the G.P.fund, regarding which sanction was given on 5.8.2020 and the G.P.fund will also be released within 20 days and, hence, the entire amount has been paid to the petitioner. Keeping in view the above, the present petition becomes infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
