Learned counsel submits that the revision filed against the dismissal of discharge application also stands dismissed on 06.11.2023 by Additional Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar, Mohali, which has not been challenged.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, realizing that the Court is not inclined, prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take all pleas before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law.
