The petitioner incarcerated in the FIR captioned above has come before this Court seeking bail under Section 439 CrPC, 1973, seeking regular bail. 2.

The petitioner did not disclose the complete criminal antecedents, and it would be appropriate to extract paras 17 and 18 of the bail petition which read as follows: "17.

That the petitioner has neither been convicted nor is involved in any other FIR/case under NDPS Act. 18.

That the petitioner is not involved in any other FIR." 3.
