H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rameshwar, Police Station Chandni Bagh, Sector 11/12, Panipat, states that cancellation report with regard to the FIR in question was prepared and filed in the Court of Judicial Magistrate Panipat, which has since been accepted on 31.5.2018. In that way the present petition has become infructuous.

Faced with such situation, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Allowed. Dismissed as withdrawn.
