Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of respondents No. 4 and 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that marriage of the petitioners was solemnized on 27.11.2015. Photographs of marriage ceremony are annexed as Annexure P-3. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that the petitioners have moved a representation (Annexure P-4) to Commissioner of Police, Amritsar-respondent No. 2 but no action has been taken so far.
