  The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of complaint bearing NACT Complaint No.3407 of 2021 dated 22.09.2021 titled as "Tripta Mahajan Vs. ESS KAY Trading Co. and Anr." Under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Amritsar as well as summoning order dated 23.09.2021. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised and the present complaint has been withdrawn by the complainant and in support thereof, has handed over a copy of order dated 31.01.2025 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Amritsar which is taken on record.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
