On 28.8.2024, the petitioner was again unrepresented and therefore, following order was passed:

"On the last date of hearing, the petitioner was absent. Even today, the petitioner is again unrepresented. List on 04.09.2024.

It is made clear that if the petitioner remained unrepresented on the next date of hearing, the petition shall be dismissed for nonprosecution." 2.

On next date i.e. 4.9.2024, following order was passed by this Court: "On the last date hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. List on 11.09.2024.

If the petitioner remained unrepresented on the next date of hearing, this Court shall dismiss the case for non-prosecution." 3.

Today also, the petitioner is unrepresented despite pass over. 4.

Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
