******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This is petition for direction to respondent No.2 to take necessary action in case bearing FIR No.99 dated 20.08.2017 registered at Police Station Sector-20, Panchkula.

Reply filed by respondents No.1 to 4 disclosed that police is taking all steps to conclude investigation and permission for lie detective test of suspected persons has also been obtained from the Court. Keeping in view the reply filed by respondents No.1 to 4, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Panchkula to conclude the investigation in aforesaid case at the earliest.

It is, however, made clear that petitioner will be at liberty to file fresh petition if no further action is taken by respondents No.1 to 4 in the matter within reasonable time.
