The prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of order dated 24.08.2017 (Annexure P5) passed by learned JMIC, Pathankot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions in the matter. It is submitted that vide order dated 27.05.2019, it was made clear that notice would be issued only when the petitioner would deposit the bank draft in favour of the respondent regarding payment of outstanding arrears of maintenance before the Registry. However, thereafter, the petitioner has not contacted him and efforts of the learned counsel to contact the petitioner proved futile.
