Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.1 to 3 that petitioner be not harassed by the police for the doings of her husband Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 22.10.2017 (Annexure P4) to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur, but the same remained unattended till now.
Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur, is directed to look into the representation dated 22.10.2017 (Annexure P4) and take required action, if any, as per law. With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
