The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of the order dated 08.03.2021 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, whereby the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner through respondent No.1 has been dismissed along with certain other prayers.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since, the main case, i.e. CRM-M-38616-2021 itself has been decided and the FIR in question has been quashed, therefore, she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
