(ORAL) The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to de-seal/open Bank Account No.55124719175, State Bank of Patiala (Now State Bank of India) of the petitioner.

Written statement on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 5 is available on record, wherein it has been specifically stated that the attachment order against the said amount has been revoked and the amount in question has now been released.

In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the learned counsel for the respondents No.1 to 5, the learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the present petitioner has become infructuous.

Disposed of having rendered as infructuous.
