(ORAL) The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 0777 dated 20.11.2021 registered under Sections 3, 4, and 5 of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956 at Police Station Chandi Bagh, District Panipat. Pursuant to the order dated 25.05.2022, status report dated 02.06.2022 by way of affidavit of Sh. Vijay Singh, Additional Superintendent of Police, Panipat, has been received. According to the status report, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 28.05.2022 in compliance to the order dated 25.05.2022. The petitioner has fully co-operated with the investigation and is not required for custodial interrogation.
